Foliage: The bluest of the Colorado Spruce cultivars with even bluer new foliage. Overall shape of this tree is irregularly pyramidal with a compact structure. Cones are attractive and emerge a deep pink/purple color.
Bloom: Non-flowering

Soil: Amend soil when planting

Special Considerations: Soil should not be allowed to dry out until tree is fully established. This spruce is native to the Rocky Mountains and can grow very tall in ideal, native conditions.
Maintenance: Pruning is not recommended. If branches are troublesome, prune selectively
